Number 7 is a particular favourite of mine as it is beyond belief the number of business emails/proposals I receive on a daily basis that have some very basic errors. 1 of my favourite errors was from a gentleman who obviously runs a number of online businesses, and send an email from the wrong address...it took my a while to figure out who it was and by that time I was not interested in doing business as there was obviously little attention to detail.
