Keyword Page Experts – Experiment

Hello everyone.

This post is just sort of an SEO Experiment I am conducting to get this article on the first page of Google for Keyword Page Experts. I was inspired by a discussion over at the NetBuilders Webmaster Forum and wanted to give this a try. Keyword Page Experts is pretty much a nonsense, low-volume keyword with no real apparent value. So why target Keyword Page Experts? Well, simply because it’s easy! I don’t need to construct any high-quality content or do a lot of link building for this experiment to prove useful.

Anyway, let’s take a deeper look at Keyword Page Experts. There are approximately 23,100,000 results in Google for Keyword Page Experts without quotes. Many of the results are irrelevant and don’t even include the full phrase. Current competition is the thread over at NetBuilders and an article written by the author of the aforementioned thread on Keyword Page Experts. (Notice how I’m working the keyword in?) Search for the keyword with quotes and you find very little competition altogether.

On a related note, if you’re lucky enough to come across a keyword that has some traffic, but nothing significant to make it very competitive, it might be wise to write a well-tailored article or two regarding that keyword and reel in any available traffic from it. While it may not yield amazing results, it certainly won’t hurt. Now, I will bring this post on Keyword Page Experts to a close. I’ll update this thread in the future with additional details regarding the actual experiment and the results.

Update: A few hours later and we’re currently ranking number one for the term.
